Vine vs. The Industry

The BT23 viral $y$tem is pretty cool. If it can really connect bands and fans, it could revolutionize the way new music gets out. To help achieve this, we are joining forces to create an alternative to the traditional radio/retail model. In the new model, music-lovers would:

• Directly inform friends about new music they like
• Make money if they discover and promote a good band or song
• Collaborate with the bands and each other (remixes, videos, etc.)
• Fight the powers that be

And musicians could:

• Sell their CDs directly to fans
• Release new songs the day after they record them
• Collaborate with other creative people all over the world
• Make a living (instead of the labels making a killing)

So join the network and fight the good fight! (If that's a bit melodramatic for your taste, then, uh, just get the new CD and ROCK OUT!)
