Our label, BT23.com, is currently sponsoring two major contests. One is a remix contest, the other a "motion picture" contest.

The Remix Contest

DJs, Acid-izers, Re-Cyclers, and all you other Remixers- it's time to get busy! Download the raw vocal tracks (and some other pieces and bits). Slice 'em, dice 'em, speed-em-up, slow-em-down- Techno, Trip Hop, House, Club, Acid Jazz- whatever! The only requirement is that you must feature at least 60% of the original vocals (in some form or another).

The winners will be featured on the forthcoming 12" Vinyl (Vine-L) Release, and will share in the profits generated by that release. The winners will also be featured on the forthcoming Vine DVD! Enter this contest now.

The Motion Picture Contest

Do you make moving pictures of any kind? Do you dig Vine? If you answered yes to both questions, then consider entering this contest. There are three categories:

1. Film/Video- anything created with film or video.
2. Animation- any form of animation- Flash, 3D, Clay, anything
3. New Media- any new or interactive media. This includes Winamp (or other media-player) Visual Plugins; games; even trippy interactive code.

The "re-purposing" of existing footage, video, animations, or code is entirely permitted. Sometimes amazing things happen when you synchronize your existing visual work with a new song or track!

Winners of this contest will be featured on the forthcoming Vine DVD, and will share in the profits from that DVD. Enter Now.
